What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated NP/PA to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

• Join an established and well-respected Family Medicine team in an employed medical group practice setting
• The APP will provide support for Elgin and neighboring offices
• Call structure: No call
• Practice setting: Outpatient
