Job Description

As an NPI Process Technician, you are responsible for supporting the successful introduction, qualification, and ramp‑up of new products by ensuring stable and efficient operation of processing equipment. You play a critical role on the production floor, acting as the first line of technical response to process, equipment, and quality issues during NPI builds.

You will work closely with process engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of NPI activities, rapid issue identification, and effective containment and resolution. Due to your proximity to operations, you are often the first to detect abnormalities and are expected to take ownership in coordinating immediate actions and driving closure.
