Adecco is currently hiring for an **NPI Technician** to support a growing team in Austin. This role focuses on bridging engineering design and manufacturing by helping transition new products into production.

**Position Summary**

The NPI Technician plays a key role in executing the transition of electrical and mechanical designs into production-ready builds. This position works closely with engineering and production teams to ensure new products are built accurately, tested thoroughly, and ready for manufacturing.
