**What you’ll do:**

+ Continue improvement deployment.
+ To resolved SAP issue.
+ Organize team to achieve the target of DOH, OTTR % and OTTP %,Lead time.
+ Responsible for all new product, trial run/pilot run project schedule.
+ Plan production based on materials & capacity contrain, achive OTTR/OTTP, DOH, LT target.
+ Inventory analysis and management.
+ Arrange NPI product schedule.
+ Daily,weekly and monthly report.
+ Forecast loading and order analysis
+ Review and sign in ECN to control inventory
+ Assist achieving EBE assessment and OPA
