Job Description
NPI drives product development from concept to mass production through process optimization, risk management, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Set up and develop new products in WM, TRR, and DC, ensuring smooth transfer to mass production (MP).
+ Conduct process development risk assessment, evaluation planning (CZ/DOE)
+ Establish optimal process conditions through evaluation, apply SPC for stable operations & documentation.
+ Track, analyse and compile all sample build data in reports as requested by designers/customers
+ Prepare & report on deliverables to REL-AED.
