We’re working with a big player in Private Label meat world to find the perfect candidate to join this South Wales based team as a NPD Technologist - It’s all about beef, lamb, and a serious amount of added value to put it simply!

From concept to launch, you’ll take ideas from that first spark all the way to full-scale production. One day you’re bench-testing a new marin, the next you’re pulling on your boots for a factory trial, then back at your desk refining recipes, costings, and specs for the retailers. It’s food development in its purest form - creative, technical, a bit messy, and incredibly satisfying when it all comes together.

Be the link between kitchen creativity and factory reality, working closely with technical, production, and commercial teams to make sure what’s dreamed up can actually be delivered.
