In this role, you'll support Nordic travelers worldwide when unexpected situations happen during their trips – helping coordinate medical care, travel arrangements and practical support.

Responsibilities

• Support travelers worldwide via phone and email.
• Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues.
• Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners.
• Arrange flights, accommodation or medical assistance when needed.
• Manage cases in internal systems.

Requirements

• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work shift rotations (day, evening, night).
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Additional languages are a plus.
