Job Responsibilities
Understand and identify customer needs as a customer support advisor for Booking.
Listen, respond, and mediate between international travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements via email and phone, following established processes.
