**Job Description Summary**
The Northstar (NSA) Senior Finance Manager 1 - FP&A Management role is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Northstar P&L and Cash. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services, working capital metrics and tactical insights for cash decisions.
Translate business challenges into operational KPIs and stay informed of industry trends that may influence work.

+ Collaborate with Avio Aero FP&A team to establish Northstar FP&A infrastructure
+ Responsible for the analysis and the financial KPIs that will drive growth and profit for the business.
