Job Description
Drive customer success with Lightspeed as a Strategic Account Manager for the Golf Team, located in Montreal or remotely in Canada. Focus on enhancing product usage, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting new product launches.
In this strategic role, you will manage key accounts, reach out proactively to clients, and ensure successful software utilization. Collaborate with internal teams to define success criteria and tackle any issues that arise for large customers. Your contributions will be vital in executing projects to improve customer experience and increase CSAT ratings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively engage with customers to drive product adoption
• Define success criteria and ensure software utilization
• Manage escalations for issues faced by major clients
• Execute projects to enhance customer experience
• Develop reference accounts and perform reporting on portfolio
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing complete sales cycles
