JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director, Pharmacy Services, the Manager provides leadership and direction for the delivery of pharmacy services within assigned site(s). As a member of the Pharmacy Management Team, the Manager participates in strategic planning for the program and operationalizes approved plans to ensure program delivery is consistent with broader organizational objectives. This position is responsible for managing the operations, utilization and quality improvement activities of the site(s). The Manager has overall responsibility for the human, financial and material resources within the assigned program area including planning for staffing, budget, equipment and supply requirements, monitoring expenditures and identifying trends and variances.
