About the opportunity

• Lead the daily operations and overall performance of the Non-Technical Training Section, ensuring all departmental goals are achieved.
• Review, discuss, and report on the non-technical training plan, progress, and key accomplishments regularly
• Evaluate and discuss performance metrics and achievement results with the Non-Technical Training Section team to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Prepare, implement, and track comprehensive training plans aligned with the Training Academy's strategic targets and business objectives.
