Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained by a leading international organisation in Singapore to identify and appoint a Non-Executive Director (NED) with deep HR expertise to join its Board during a pivotal period of strategic growth and transformation. The organisation, with operations across multiple countries, is focused on strengthening its people and culture strategies to support long-term business objectives and continued operational excellence.
Working closely with the CEO, Chairman and fellow Board members, the NED will provide independent oversight and strategic guidance on all aspects of people, culture, and organisational development.
