Job Description

DCS Asset Maintenance (DCSAM) is looking for reliable non-CDL Drivers to help keep Virginia roads clear and safe during winter weather. This position is on an on-call basis and will only be needed during periods of inclement winter weather

Now hiring for the 2026 winter season.

LOT LOCATION: Thornburg, Virginia. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate snowplow trucks safely and responsibly during winter storms.
  • Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety rules.
  • Do pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues right away.
  • Communicate with your Route Manager or Dispatch about any unsafe situations or service needs.
  • Take part in required safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Help other drivers or routes when needed.

    • Qualifications

    EDUCATION:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

    EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be 18 or older.
