- NYS licensure
- DEA required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine
- NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice/License - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- License required : New York (NY)
- Competitive salary with incentives
- Compensation is $250/hr.
