NOC Engineer - Infrastructure and Civil Projects
Location: Dubai, UAE|Industry: Civil & Structural Engineering|Job Type: Full-time|Salary: monthly (Market estimated)
The NOC Engineer – Infrastructure and Civil Projects role at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) Dubai involves preparing, reviewing, and issuing no objection certificates (NOCs) for infrastructure and service projects.
Responsibilities- Assist the Manager and Chief Engineers in drafting policies and regulations for the issuance of NOCs for infrastructure works and services.
- Participate in workshops and initiatives related to NOC processes.
- Review, study, and issue NOCs for infrastructure works and service projects as per assigned responsibilities in coordination with the line manager.
- Contribute to updating five‑year road project plans in alignment with Dubai's service authority plans.
