Job Description
7 Months Contract Social Service Executive (Degree in Psychology/ Social Service) Job Summary
- Support the Inpatient Clinical Operations Team to facilitate seamless transition of patients with proficient social screening and assessment of referrals.
- Assist with bed allocation and bed management tasks to facilitate expedient transfer of patients and ensure optimal utilization.
- Perform social and financial assessment of Inpatient referrals including financial counselling to patients and their families.
- Provide necessary recommendations in the assessments.
- Assist with bed allocation and bed management, when necessary.
- Participate in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to streamline department operations, to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
