Job Summary

• The focal point for Network support and coordination related to all Flight Information Region (FIR) operations.
• Coordinates and monitors all networking activities that affect operations and its equipment serviceability.
• The role has limited control over all major networks that Air Navigation Service systems and equipment use to ensure Network integrity.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinates all release and restoral activities national in scope, for network maintenance and technical projects for all FIRs, including other Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) for work done by NAV CANADA or work by outside agencies impacting NAV CANADA operational systems.
