About the Role:
As a Night Team Member at Space Student Accommodation, you’ll ensure the property operates smoothly overnight. You’ll manage night check-ins, conduct the night audit, support breakfast preparation, assist with parcel management, and provide excellent customer service to residents. You’ll also handle emergencies, maintain security, and support events and resident engagement. 

4 on 4 off shift pattern, 8pm - 8am

Key Responsibilities:

Night Check-Ins & Audit: Welcome late arrivals and complete the night audit to ensure accurate financial records.

Parcel Management: Log and ensure parcels are ready for residents to collect.

Emergency Response: Act as the first responder to emergencies, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
