As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be part of a warm, skilled team making sure each child and young adult gets the comfort, rest and reassurance they need. You’ll build trusting relationships, follow care plans with confidence, and help every young person feel safe, seen, and valued, even while the world sleeps.
