About the Role:

The Night Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations during the night shift,

ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and team performance meet company standards across

Alu-Cab factories. This role ensures smooth continuity between day and night operations while

maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
