Job Description

• Responsible for managing the data on the DCC Clinicaldashboard.
  
• Responsible to focus on the following dashboard reports:
  
• Hospital Report:To be checked daily. Any patients not entered,the clinic manager is contacted and asked to enter any missinginformation. After 7 days of hospitalisation the clinic mustupdate on the patient’s status as well as updating the dashboard report.
  
• Modality Option Education Report: Any patients that have beenlisted for 6 months will be archived.
  
• Report will be cleaned up at the beginning of every month.
