DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct Handing-over sessions. Update Home Guardians on incidences, medical, school matters and consent forms. Update records books & reports. Perform hourly round checks from 11:00pm - 5:00am Monitor and manage residents during tuition and study period sessions. Check and organise all residents' daily homework. Ensure that every resident has completed their homework by checking and signing their School handbook. Ensure that all residents' school bags are packed and their uniforms are ready before they go to bed. Ensure that all residents have brushed their teeth and washed up for bed. Accompany resident(s) to clinic or hospital, when necessary. Administer medication to resident(s), when necessary. Check all residents' daily attire and grooming before they go to school.
