Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS ):
+ $15,000 with a 2-year commitment
Medical Lab Technician (MLT):
+ $10,000 with a 2-year commitment
_UPMC offers a robust Laboratory Career Ladder, where candidates will be placed into the correct level and status based on education and background; Lab Support Technician (min= $18.04) Medical Laboratory Technician (min= $21.48) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (min= $26.97) and so on! **Qualified individuals will receive an extra $2/hour for the Night Program on top of the current shift differential!**_
