Night Attendant – Special School Residential Provision
Location: Rudyard nr Leek
Hours: Waking night shifts, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Duration – Until December 2025 – Term time
Contract: Temporary / Fixed-term options available
We are looking for a caring, reliable and confident Night Attendant to support the pupils within our residential setting. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating a safe, calm and nurturing overnight environment for children and young people with a range of physical and learning needs.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a waking watch throughout the night to ensure pupils’ safety and wellbeing.

Support with personal care, dressing/undressing and morning routines where required.

Maintain a calm, reassuring presence and respond quickly and appropriately to any needs during the night.

Follow individual care plans, health plans and behaviour/safeguarding procedures.
