• Troubleshoot booking s issues, resolve problems, and escalate when necessary to maintain workflow.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Manage outstanding amounts and invoice payments.
• Making payment request for Vietnam hotel daily.
• Stop-selling and double check stop-sell.
• Mapping checking from hotel and supplier.
• Manage and control DMC bookings.
• Control manual allotment on partners system.
• Handle failure bookings with related departments.
• This position requires shift work, weekends as below:

Working Hours: Rotating 8-hour shifts, with at least 30 minutes of break time per day shift and 45 minutes of break time per night shift.

• Shift 1: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Shift 2: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Shift 3: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Work from home)
