Job Description

Unit Description:

DNV - Area North China is part of the Maritime Region Greater China and consists of around 200 employees in 5 major locations. Services delivered are related to ship classification of vessels and offshore units as well as certification of material and components.


Station Nanjing NBΒ οΌ† CMC is looking for experienced Newbuilding Surveyors, who’re going to work for projects at Yangzhou City, Zhenjiang City, Taizhou City and Wuhan City.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform new building surveys on ships according to rules and regulations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects in collaboration with the PM and peers on-site.
  • Proactive and smooth communication with the shipyard and owner’s representatives.
  • Certification and verification of materials and components underclass and non-class related systems and processes.
