New Product Introduction Pilot Operator
**In this role you**
This role will be supporting new production introduction projects at our Plymouth, MN facility.
**Your role:**
+ Operate development equipment for the purpose of assembling and processing development products
+ Assist the development teams to define process procedures and the process parameters
+ Measuring and recording process parameters once established
+ Accurately documenting all required entries in the Lot History Record
+ Complying with G.M.Ps with regard to material labeling, SOPs and proper segregation of material in the production process
**You're the right fit if:**
+ High school Diploma required
+ Experience in cleanroom production assembly environment is preferred
+ Your skills include ability to routinely use a microscope; good hand to hand and hand to eye coordination; ability to stand for extended periods of time
