**Job Description**
BAE Systems is hiring a Developmental Operations Program Manager III to support our Combat Missions Systems (CMS) business. This role is focused on new product development programs. You will set the manufacturing strategy and scope for the new program aligning scope as directed by our BMS Manufacturing planning processes and as recommended by the Department of Defense Handbook for Manufacturing Management. The role manages moderate to highly complex programs/projects involving the program development, production, and technical support. Provides competitive advantage to the company by managing the project/program's defined scope on schedule, within budget, and at the expected level of quality in accordance with the contract terms. Is the Operations primary point of contact and manages stakeholder communications with team, Program Management, customers, and BAE Systems management on Operations programs status.
