**Responsibilities:**

+ Collaborate with Planning, Process Engineering, SPMO, Manufacturing, Management, AMHS, and Facilities to determine and implement new tool additions and changes into layout, addressing both formal scenarios and day-to-day issues.
+ Resolve layout issues that arise during the installation of tools, working with Engineering tool owners, the AMHS team, and other relevant parties.
+ Track the progress of tool installations to confirm sufficient clearances and move-in space, and coordinate remaining available space for upcoming requirements.
+ Periodically release MOR/SRX layouts for the Fab(s), distribute hard copies ...
