Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the company's local community investment strategy
- Coordinating end‑to‑end volunteer management activities, engaging a range of stakeholders, and supporting impact measurement and communications to ensure high‑quality initiatives that deliver meaningful community outcomes
- Maintain accurate volunteer databases and trackers, including participation, attendance, and role allocation records.
- Coordinate pre‑event briefings and prepare volunteer materials and toolkits
- Act as a liaison between volunteers, internal teams, and external partners to manage queries, expectations, and logistical requirements.
- Support the design of publicity materials for community investment programmes, including eDMs and presentations.
