- Lead product development process and facilitate cross-functional teams to execute the agreed product plan, while ensuring compliance with the product development policy and SOPs
- Ensure effective communication between the Product management team and core internal partners in Finance, Technology, Customer Experience, Life Operations, Marketing and Distribution
- Provide regular communication and updates on progress to ensure visibility and action on key risks and issues
- Collaborate with Product managers and other stakeholders to manage timeline and track implementation progress for the entire product development cycle, from pre-launch to post-launch
- Ensure completion of product launch signoffs, record management of all relevant documents and post-launch review under Product Management
