Position Summary/Description:
The UNC School of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery is seeking a fellowship-trained Neurotologist to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This full-time faculty position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both clinical excellence and research innovation, with an anticipated 50:50 split between patient care and dedicated research time. This is a tenure/tenure-track open rank recruitment; academic rank will be awarded at the level commensurate with experience.
Clinical responsibilities will include the diagnosis and management of complex otologic and lateral skull base disorders, including hearing loss, vestibular dysfunction, chronic ear disease, acoustic neuromas, and other tumors of the cerebellopontine angle.
