**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Neurosurgery Nurse** at **Barrow Neurological Institute** at St. Joseph's Hospital & Medical Center, you will take a leadership role in assessing and managing patient and family health needs for acutely ill adult populations within our dynamic Neurosurgery department. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive nursing care plans, ensuring evidence-based, safe, and effective patient outcomes.
