New Job Details
Location: 1 hour from New Orleans
Duration: January July 2025 (potential for extension)
Schedule: 1-3 weeks per month
Shift: Mon Fri, 8a-4.30p
Call: Very low call volume - possibility of zero calls and zero consults

• Weekday call Monday Friday + 1 weekend per month
• NP taking primary call. 24 hours to respond to hospital consults. Clinic call ends at 8pm on weekdays. Weekends are 24 hour call for stat consults.

Patient volume: average 20 patients per day
Scope: General Neurology with an inpatient rounding component - EEG, EMG and Nerve Conduction Study abilities preferred.
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: level 3 trauma center
