• On-site requirements:
• Week of June 16 and July 7, 2025, full on-site coverage
• Telehealth requirements:
• Starting July 28, 2025 and every 3 weeks after that, coverage will be virtual
• Inpatient neurologic care and hospitalist support remotely
• Estimated 7 shifts per month
• Must hold active IL license and state of residence
• Emergency temp privileges available
• Travel, lodging, malpractice insurance provided
