Job Description
Become a key member of NL Health Services as a Neuro Interventional Radiologist. Engage in vital Neuro IR procedures while working closely with Neurosurgery and Neurology teams.
The role provides a blend of diagnostic and interventional services at a busy Cancer Clinic, incorporating diverse imaging modalities like CT and MRI. The ideal candidate needs post-residency fellowship training in Neuro IR and will have shared call duties, which can be partially performed from home. Travel to rural sites may also be required to deliver care effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver diagnostic and interventional care for Neuro Radiology patients
• Collaborate within the Provincial Code Stroke Program framework
• Conduct general radiology duties and procedures
• Engage in vascular and non-vascular interventional tasks
• Be active in shared call procedures with Radiology Residents
