*Description - Internal* *Neurocritical Care Position* *Program in Trauma, University of Maryland School of Medicine* The Program in Trauma, Section of Neurocritical Care at the University of Maryland School of Medicine (UMSOM) is recruiting Assistant/Associate Professors for a joint position at the University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC) and the University of Maryland Capital Region Hospital (UMCRH). The neurosciences intensive care unit at UMMC is a 22 bed unit staffed by UCNS/ABPN certified Neurointensivists across multiple disciplines, ACGME Neurocritical Care Fellows, as well as Advanced Practice Practitioners (APRN/PA), neurocritical care pharmacist, dietician, and house officers from Neurology and Neurosurgery. This state-of-the art unit is well equipped with the latest neuromonitoring technologies, and cares for a wide range of diseases.
