Handle regular preventive maintenance on the SD-WAN Platform Operations. Support the expansion, upgrades and rollouts of new network and systems infrastructure involving hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, virtual appliances, VNFs, network monitoring and management systems. Support engineering teams on new product/ feature implementation, node deployment, and technical support matters. Responsible for troubleshooting and timely resolution of faults/issues within the SD-WAN platforms services. Analyze SD-WAN platforms performance and take proactive actions and preventive measures to monitor and enhance the network performance including software and hardware upgrades, etc. Prepare statistical reports on network and equipment performance.
