Job Description
Role - Network (SDWAN, LAN, Wireless)
Years of Experience - 8 to 10 years
Location - Pune and Chennai
Design and deploy enterprise wireless architectures leveraging centralized, local, and cloudβmanaged controller models (e.g., Cisco Catalyst 9800, and cloud platforms).
Assess and design controller redundancy, high availability, and scalability for campus and site deployments
Integrate wireless controllers with authentication systems, policy enforcement engines, location services, and network management platforms
Review and validate predictive, passive, and active site surveys to optimize wireless performance and coverage
Lead RF planning initiatives, including predictive modeling, spectrum analysis, and signal propagation evaluation
Define RF profiles and channel/power strategies based on building design, client density, and application requirementsAnalyze interference, attenuation, and client distribution to enhance coverage, capacity, and performance
