Location

3 days a week will be field based out in the clinics across London and the Southeast, covering Waltham Abbey, Harrow, Kensington, Morden, Reading, Colchester, Chelmsford, Southend, Faversham, Maidstone and Whitfield. 2 days based from home or Support Centre. This is a strategic, field-based role where you’ll partner with leaders across the business to influence every stage of the employee lifecycle – from recruitment and development to engagement and retention – ensuring our strategy is aligned, impactful, and consistent.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support teams across clinics, laboratories, and referral centres, championing the colleague experience every day.
• Shape and enable retention strategies, proactively addressing risks and driving meaningful action through data and insight.
