Job Description

The ANM Engineer is a technical operations role reporting directly to the Area Head within the Regional and ANM Head structure. This professional is primarily responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency, availability, and reliability of assigned SKSK (Site Ko, Sagot Ko) sites, including Wireless, Wireline, and BT sites. The role demands a hands‑on approach to Network Availability Management, requiring the engineer to conduct on‑site restoration, manage facility equipment, and oversee vendor performance to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, the ANM Engineer handles financial management regarding OPEX/CAPEX for site maintenance, supports project implementations, and ensures business continuity during disasters.
