What this Job Entails

The Network Operations Engineer II is a network support engineer responsible for managing and troubleshooting Network Production environments. This position requires the ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in production network and internet peering strategies.
• Work on multiple vendor servers and resolve various software and hardware issues.
• Handle traffic and any other queries raised by ISP/partners.
• Support the team in handling network and traffic peering for incidents such as input errors, CRC, Capacity, Routing, Protocol, etc.
• Troubleshoot optical (DWDM, CWDM) and IP network components.
• Collaborate with multiple TAC vendors to fix hardware issues.
• Coordinate with ISP/vendors to resolve network-related issues.
• Participate in 24/7 support with teams across the globe.
