Description

We are seeking a motivated Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco and Fortinet products along with a strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and basic network security concepts.

This role involves supporting network infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and assisting in the implementation of network solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.

Demonstrates strong collaboration skills by working effectively with colleagues across teams, communicates professionally and confidently with customers when addressing inquiries or resolving issues, and provides prompt, clear, and customer‑focused responses to helpdesk tickets to ensure high‑quality support and a positive service experience.

This role is primarily onsite and requires presence in facilities to support network operations; limited remote work may be available based on business needs.
