About the Role

As a Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and support Kohl’s enterprise network across stores, corporate offices, data centers, distribution centers, and cloud-connected environments. This role supports reliable, secure, and scalable network services for retail and digital operations with a strong focus on routing, cloud connectivity, data center networking, and network automation.

You will partner with infrastructure, security, platform, store technology, vendors, and support teams to troubleshoot issues, execute changes, improve standards, and support network modernization efforts.

This is a remote role that requires strong communication, ownership, and the ability to support production incidents, maintenance windows, and vendor-assisted hands-on activities when needed.
