Job Description

A reputable financial institution is seeking to hire a young and dynamic individual to fill its Network Engineer role. The ideal candidate will be in charge of the following:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop procedure manual for managing, maintaining and supporting the Communication Infrastructure. (LAN/WAN/Internet Connectivity, UPS/AVR/Inverter, Telephone/PABX, Fire Suppression and Datacenter Cooling Management)

  • Install, configure and manage all local and wide area network devices including but not limited to (Radio/Fibre equipment, Satellite, routers, switches, firewalls, Access points, PABX systems etc)

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by Management from time to time.

  • Review business systems to determine and document their bandwidth requirements.

  • Provide technical assistance to users who need help using deployed network infrastructure.
