Key responsibilities in your new role
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation scripts and frameworks using Python, Ansible, REST APIs, YAML, JSON, or similar tools
Responsible for automating network configurations, device provisioning, compliance checks, and operational workflows
Responsible for improving fault detection, incident response, and change execution through automation and orchestration
Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and configuration issue on network infrastructure
Responsible for day to day operation tasks, such as resolve incident tickets and change requests
Proactively checking network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Accountability in documentation and reporting
Participate in an on-call (24x7) support rotation with other members of the NOC
