Job Description

Network Administrator

Work Location: Queensbury, NY



Reporting to the Manager, SCADA IT, the Network Administrator will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of Brookfield Renewable IT core infrastructure is operational as per business requirements. This includes but is not limited to Network configuration, installation, monitoring, backup, troubleshooting, and after hours on-call support. The incumbent is required to provide support to the National System Control Center, Remote sites and assist management in ensuring that daily activities/assignments are performed in a timely manner.

  • Participate in the general management and network duties including: LAN/WAN installation, implementation, troubleshooting, performance optimization and management in a quickly-evolving network topology
