Role Overview

The Payroll Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll delivery and implementation for the assigned countries / cluster. This role requires leadership, client-facing capabilities, and expertise in understanding payroll processing rules & compliances. The Payroll Lead will ensure seamless payroll operations, implementations and migrations, continuous process improvements, and high levels of client satisfaction across all countries under their scope. The role includes managing country leads, process experts, and ensuring the development of in-house payroll capabilities.
