• Patient Population: Neonates / NICU (Level III)
• Setting: Inpatient hospital / NICU coverage
• Responsibilities: NICU coverage, newborn stabilization and management, collaboration with pediatric subspecialists, multidisciplinary neonatal care
• Required Procedures: High-frequency ventilation (jet/oscillator), body cooling, iNO, comprehensive neonatal critical care
• EMR System: Not specified
• Support Staff: Pediatric subspecialists, NICU nursing team, multidisciplinary hospital staff
• Days Per Month: 15 shifts per month (full-time)
• On-Call/Weekends: Required; schedule discussed during interview
